Repair Service

If it is emergency service that you need, we are available to assist you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To help reduce those service emergencies, we offer service agreements to keep your comfort system running at peak performance.
Fan Coils
With regular maintenance you will prevent small problems from becoming big problems and ensure optimal performance of your comfort system. We also offer annual service agreements, which can reduce the cost of a Performance Tune-Up.

BASIC SERVICE GUARANTEE: 30 day labor warranty on items replaced on furnace from part replacement date. Parts will carry manufacture warranty terms. Service call will be billed at standard rate per area served and covers up to one hour. Three service tune ups/year. (Best value: equipment less than five years old)

FLAT RATE SERVICE GUARANTEE: Service provided any hour any day (no after hour charges). Equipment must be 100% broken. Includes 4 service tune ups per year on equipment. Same day service guarantee. Up to 2 extra calls within 1 year of original agreement date on equipment that is not running at no additional cost. 10% discount on service parts, accessories and filters. One year agreement min. (Best value: all equipment)

SERVICE AGREEMENT GUARANTEE: Service provided any hour any day (no after hour charges). Equipment must be 100% broken. Includes 4 service tune ups per year. Same day service guarantee. Up to 2 extra calls per year of original agreement date on equipment that is not running at no additional cost. 15% discount on service parts, accessories and filters. If only 4 tune up calls are made during each year 20% of the cost of the agreement may be applied toward the purchase of new equipment or accessories. Two year agreement required. (Best value: all equipment, thinking of replacement within 5 years)

PREMIUM SERVICE AGREEMENT GUARANTEE: Service provided any hour any day (no after hour charges). Equipment must be 100% broke. Includes 4 service tune up calls made each year from agreement date. Unlimited service calls on broke equipment. Guarantee service within 2 hours of dispatched call. 20% discount on parts accessories and filters. If only 4 tune ups per year are made during agreement terms, 20% of the cost of the agreement may be applied toward the purchase of new equipment or accessories. Three year agreement required.
